My bill keeps going up every month although paid faithfully through Credit Union bill pay. The payments must disappear into thin air as they are never credited to my account.

When I called, the "customer rep", her solution requires work on my part, but not on theirs. She wants me to write by snail mail and send my bank statements to prove I made the payments. My gripe is that she did no research on her part to correct and determine the problem. She wants me to do all the work and send personal information.

Why can't they contact the Credit Union or do some checking or whatever.

What a cop-out. I left this miserable company and went with someone else, but they sold to ADT and I am stuck with them again.
